Story

I grew up in a blue-collar family. My dad and grandfather were union ironworkers, and I learned early what it meant to conserve every move and always have the right tool ready before it was asked for. Years later, as a school leader, I realized—that’s how I lead. I spot wasted moves, streamline systems, and equip people to succeed.

But I also have to own this truth: my generation has failed the next one. Too many fathers absent. Too many families fractured. Too many of us put God on the back burner. And now our young people are paying the price—adrift, confused, and unprepared.

One TRUTH Rising is my response. It’s about telling stories, creating resources, and building communities that hand the next generation the right tools—clarity, courage, and conviction—in a culture that wastes their moves.

I believe with God’s help, we can recover what’s been lost and rise again.
